11 - Getting Intimate with Fear

We all have fear. It’s a biological response designed to protect us—but too often, it takes the driver’s seat. This episode explores how to shift from fear to inner wisdom by cultivating awareness of what fear feels like in your body.

You’ll learn to:

  • Notice fear in the body without judging it
  • Create distance between fear and your inner wisdom
  • Decide when fear is useful, and when it’s not
  • Build intimacy with fear so it no longer controls you
